We perform the construction of houses in different variants of completion, according to our client‘s wishes. Someone prefers only a rough construction, leaving the finishing touches to himself, while someone else might want to move to his dream house straight away, in that case choosing our Turnkey option. These „Turnkey houses“ constitute a major part of our portfolio of projects, since we offer complex services to our clients. In the case of the Turnkey option, we offer a variety of other construction activities, including crafts, paved areas and utilities, depending on individual’s wishes and needs.
Furthermore, we will gladly provide you with all the project documentation including arranging the building permits. After completion of construction, the document preparation and documentation provision for final approval is a matter of course.
